Gift Card

My mom loved the service she received when she got a facial from your company. So I thought that I would surprise her with another facial for her birthday. After calling and speaking to a representative about surprising my mom with a facial for her birthday, I was told that I could buy a gift card online for her to use being that I live in another state. When she went in for her appointment, she was told that the gift cards can only be used to purchase products. I was very upset to hear of this since that is not what I was told on the phone by the representative. My mom had to pay for her own facial and use the gift cards to buy products. What if she didn’t want to buy products. I will not be purchasing anymore gift cards.
